How Can severe Nausea And Dizziness Be Treated?

my husband is 67 years old and woke up this morning very nauseous and went to the bathroom 4 times. He complained of being very dizzy as well and went back to bed. He slept until 1:30 pm (6 more hours) and now has woken up but is throwing up liquid, it looks like only water....not sure if I should take him in or what to do??? He says he is so dizzy he is not sure he can walk

Welcome and thanks for your query.
Dizziness and vomiting as a result can be due to several causes like inflammation of the inner ear or may be related to decrease in blood flow to the base of the brain etc.
It is better that you take him to the doctor ( ENT,neurologist or internist) and have him examined and investigated.
